prepared to work in the Contact for
what is, under normal circumstances,
a minimum period of two (2) years

appropriate English language skills,
Vocational & Educational
qualifications, recognition in
Australia of their qualifications,
plus the normal Personal and
Financial clearances which would be
required when anyone ‘Set-up their
Private Company’ or ‘Signs a
Contract’
